Easter Cancelled In Egypt

The key Christian diocese in Egypt has declared that it will not hold Easter parties this year, in mourning for the 46 Coptic Christians killed in the Palm Sunday massacre triggered by jihadist bombings that were twin.

The Minya province has got the greatest Coptic Christian population in the nation and Christians there traditionally hold Easter Vigil services then spend Easter Sunday on household visits and big meals and on Saturday evening.
